Q. They do have everything so, an actual item wouldnt really work.
I wouldnt mind making them something but im not sure what.

What to do for my Grandmas birthday?

Q. It is my Grandmas Birthday in November and she will be 90. She still drives, is totally with it, drinks, dances, she is 90 going on about 75. All the grand kids want to do something that is a surprise. It is on a weekend so we can all make it but just not sure what exactly to do. She can walk good and all that, but just thinking of some good gift ideas and surprise ideas, and we live in Chicago. Any suggestions would be great, thank you.

A. A scrapbook may be a good idea. If you can get pictures of her through out her life, you could "interview" her and include her memories and thoughts and stories. You could also get stories from other members of the family to include. Or instead of making it a scrapbook of her life, you could make one of his cherished family members from when she was young Or you could make it about how she has affected your life. Either way, it's the stories and memories are what will truly make this a very special gift.

What are some creative, original, homemade gifts that I can make for Christmas??

Q. I am looking for some creative and original gifts that I can make here from home to give to my relatives and friends. I need gift ideas for my grandma, my brother who is 27, my sister who is 23, my mom and dad. If you have any ideas they are welcome. And, if you have a website that you got it from that would be even better. Thank you so much.
Note: I am only 13 years old but can sew, knit, and crochet things.

A. I went to a bead store yesterday, and saw some small clutch evening purses that had been hand beaded. They were really pretty. The design was not complicated, and they were all multi-colored.
The price tag was $65. Craft stores carry the frame and the material as a kit for the purses.
I used my browser, and typed in craft purses, and there were many. I went to Biz rate, they had several frames.
You could make them in any color, black, gold, red, or the multi I saw.
I do not know of many craft projects for men, just hand embroidered handkerchiefs, or a golf towel, or stamped golf balls.

What are some Christmas gift ideas for an 87 yr old Grandma?

Q. My husbands grandma is still mentally ok but physically having health problems. She has just been put in a nursing home. Not sure if it will be for a few months or forever.

I have thought of a few things I could get her but wanted some other opinions to see if these things are good for nursing home patients.

Any amount under $60.00 is ok.

A. I always bought my grandmother a nice robe and slippers. A blanket might be nice for her too.
