A. Try a antique shop or local flea market and find an old locket and you can put a picture in it. Perfume works great also. Roses are always good. A mix cd of her favorite songs or romantic songs. Dinner is cool too.

Well Highlander is just a format, consisting of multiple sets to build a deck, depending if he is really into card collecting you could get him a booster box, or boosters, or a fat pack, you could browse sites such as Troll and Toad. com, or TcgPlayer for sets, maybe pick a newer set or a familiar old set that would be nice, to be able to pick up some old Vintage cards from way back in the day, just a few suggestions, not really knowing anything more its quite difficult to say much, but just browse sites like looking for MTG box sets, or collectables, or to be short and simple just check your local store for Boxes, Fat Packs are good, so its what I would suggest, hope it helps best of luck.
