Q. So I want to start christmas shopping for my 9 month old daughter and have no idea what to get her, toy wise. Shes getting a lot of clothes but I don't know what toys I should get her, any ideas?
A. I think board books (the hard cardboard ones) with touch and feel panels
Activity toys like shape sorters
Puzzles with the wooden handles
Soft blocks for building towers (and chewing!)
She may seem a bit young for those, but they are recommend for 9mo + so she will need them within the next few months anyway :)

What is a really good gift to give my brand new lil nephew for Christmas?
Q. My younger brother and his girlfriend just had a beautiful little baybee boy on Nov. 12, 3 days ago. I want to get him a great gift for Christmas since he's my first nephew and this is his first Christmas. I know he'll only be a month old then and won't really know what I got him anyway but still, I want it to be good. Any ideas on an awesome Christmas gift for my sweet lil nephew? :)
A. Our daughter was born on Dec 9 and we got her a few baby things, but mostly we got her things for when she was a little older, like 6 months and up. That way we had some toys for a variety of ages up until she turned a year.
Moms what are you getting your children for Christmas?
Q. I'd really like to hear from moms of babies especially but do answer if your kids are older too :). Could you say how old your child is too please. I have an 9 month old and I'm lost for ideas lol.

Neither of them get a lot for xmas since they have their b-days right beforehand(my son will be arriving on friday via c-section, lol) and my daughter's b-day is 12/14.
When she was a year old, we got her a laugh and learn table, a pop up tent and a dora couch that unfolds into a bed, she still uses everything but the table, but she used that to walk the day after she turned 1, lol.
