Q. My best guy friend is graduating from college in december. He majored in aerospace and is gonna be a pilot! Im so proud of him and want to get him something special that will mean something. Any good ideas? Id like to get him something pertaining to aerospace/airplanes.

A. Do a gift basket. Put some gag gifts in there like a coffee mug, travel size liquors and a breath analyzer, travel toothbrush, DVD of Top Gun and Airplanes (the movie). He will never forget it!

Q. I'm graduating high school this year and was wondering what good, inexpensive gifts would be for my friends who are also graduating. Giving everyone giftcards can get pricey so I was wondering what a cutesy practical gift would be. Gift ideas for guys and girls are appreciated! Thank you!

Be creative. It can also be done with other candy bar types...Starbursts (Name) is a "Star" and college bound. Mr Goodbar use the Good part and say good luck, good job....they can be cute fun and who does not love candy. You can find templates on the computer or make your own...very simple craft.

What are good gift ideas for tight budgets?

Q. I'm a college student on a tight budget. Today is my best friend's birthday, and I'm going to see him in a week and a half (he goes to school about an hour and a half, 2 hours away from me). What can I make/buy him that won't break the bank? (He enjoys Futurama, canoe jousting, and he's a marine bio major, if it helps.)

A. I would go to a second hand shop like goodwill and purchase a basket - then I would go to the dollar store and fill it with all sorts of snacks and drinks.
