What gift should I get for my diving coach?

It's almost the end of my diving season and the other divers and i want to get our coach a gift. She's leaving this year and we really want to get her something special instead of something simple like a gift card. Any ideas?

Coaches love two types of gifts:

1. Restaurant gift cards to take their spouses/significant others out to dinner.

or

2. Something sentimental that includes pictures. A plaque with a team photo, signatures, a video with the team members honoring your coach, etc...
