Since your going on vacation,why don't you get her a makeup case and fill it with mini travel size items.Such as suntan lotion,regular hand lotion.soap,nail polish.emery boards,shampoo,shower cap etc.Try Walmart or avon.Then pay for lunch for her,or if your all staying in a motel with complementary breakfast,serve it to her in the morning.You could also order a pizza the night before you go,so mom doesn't have to cook.Have a great time!
