Would it be in bad taste to give all family members the same gift for Christmas?

Q. I recently heard about the "recipes in a jar" idea, and I think it would make a neat gift for my family members.
But when I made the list, I realized I would need 15 mason jars, and then 15 different recipes... Which would put a large dent in my wallet (Am I willing to do it though?)
Just wondering if you think it would be lame to give all of my family members the same recipe in a jar? I was thinking of doing peppermint cocoa mix, or maybe just the classic chocolate chip cookie mix, something everyone may like.
Thoughts?

A. No and I think they will all enjoy your gift !

Can pancake mix be left out of the fridge?
Q. I am planning my cousin's bridal shower and her favorite meal is brunch. I was thinking of giving each guest pancake mix (already mixed with the eggs and milk) in mason jars.
Would that be a bad idea?
If not, how long can the mix be kept out of the fridge?

A. Do you mean as party favors or so that every one can make their own pancakes at the shower? If it's a take-home gift, bad idea. Or you could get a recipe to make-a-mix and each guest could just add water when they want to use it. Or better yet buy a huge Sam's Club size bag of Krusteaz or other brand pancake mix and put it into jars, type up the instructions and decorate the jars with fun fabric and ribbon.

What is a cute INEXPENSIVE gift/kit I can make for my secret santa gift?
Q. I need to make a secret santa present for my classmate and we were only given 3 simple interests/likes about them and I want to make a creative, unique little kit from him with like a mason jar and like little plays on words but can't think of anything.
These are the things he likes:
-yoyo
-kit kat (chocolate bar) &
-basketball.
ANY IDEAS???

A. Bake him some home made Christmas cookies and get him some Kit Kats. Put them in a nice basket with a red or green bow.

ideas for mixing sunflowers and hunters camo in a wedding?
Q. I am planning a wedding and i am incorporating sunflowers and hunters camo. I need ideas for all aspects of the wedding. Anything creative is welcome. I need ideas for centerpieces, for decor in the ceremony, etc.
Me and my fiance both love camo. I love sunflowers and i want to incorporate them into the theme. I want to incorporate other wildflowers also and not overdue the camo. My theme is rustic or country, so it will not be completely camo or completely sunflowers. Just a rustic wedding, using these elements as accents.

A. you can use camo netting to create an arbor to get married under...sort of like the way people use white tulle. or use it to make garlands with twinkle lights in it to string about.

empty gunshot shell casings make interesing party favor holders. fill with mints or m&m's and tie a camo ribbon on them.

candles wrapped with camo tape can make nice decorations. use pillar candles of various sizes and wrap them with camo tape and set them about in groups of odd numbers.

for your centerpieces, you can use camo gift bags and weight them down with rocks or something and put your flowers in them. wild flowers like queen annes lace or cornflowers or tiger lilies that grow on the road side would be great....or even a combo of all three or whatever wild flowers grow in your area. set a mason jar of water in the middle of the bag for keeping them fresh.

here are some other ideas. http://www.wedding-flowers-and-reception-ideas.com/camo-wedding-decor.html
