Q. i love to giv great homemade gifts 2 my parents for XMAS. last year i gave my mom a homemade cd.
A. Wow. THat's a tough one to answer as we don't know what you're really good at. If you're a decent cook you could bake cookies, make a collage of family pictures, if you are really crafty, make ornaments for them or even do an afghan or even cap and scarf sets such as you can do one for your father in the colors of his favorite NFL team or something.
What should we get our parents as a gift for help out with our wedding?
Q. Our parents have helped us with our wedding plans, logistics, costs, and have just been great helping us with our wedding plans. We have a budget of 600 bucks total for both gifts , what is a good gift idea.
A. YES!!! They should be treated with the same kindness you would treat anyone who did a great favor in preping for this major event, meaning they should get a hand written thank you note along with a gift that is within your means.

A. PPL will generally say all the standard stuff....toys...car seat...clothes...etc.
I say diapers...diapers diapers....most new parents only get what they think they will need for after the birth....It is NEVER enough....get several newborn packs... and 1 of the next size... they grow so fast and that larger size will be needed sooner than MOMMY thinks.
And a cheap shampoo... it is great for getting all kinds of stains out when the diaper blows out... pretreat with the shampoo because it works better than most pre-treaters.
