Help! I need some retirement gift ideas?

My friend who is a secretary at a H.S. is retiring this year. Ive known her throughout my high school years and she is a very kind, caring, and giving person. She has done a lot for me, and I would like to thank her for her generosity within the school. I know she loves chocolate, and she is very religious (which I doubt I buy her anything religious), and very creative. I want to do something creative for her, but I am not a creative person. Do you think I should buy her some expensive chocolates? I am confused of what to get her, and I am running out of time because she is retiring next month! Should I bake her something? Can someone give me some helpful ideas of what to do?

You could make her a gift basket with a chocolate lover's cook book, some assorted regular chocolate that she likes and a nice gift card to a chocolate store like see's candy.
