Neighbor is turning 50... would like to get a great gift for her birthday. Any Ideas?

Ok, my neighbor who is a very young 49 is turning 50. She is in medical sales, is in excellent shape and health and is turning 50. Please no idiot answers..... (prune juice, depends). She is a very young 49 and in health years she would be younger then many 30 year olds. My husband and I would like to make her day special. We are already planning dinner with our children and her family. What could I get her for a gift? Spa Certificate? or something better?? Have you given a gift that no one has thought of before and it went over well?

I think your idea of a spa is great! She will apreciate that and it sounds like it goes hand in hand with her lifestyle. You can also give her a nice card with it signed by the kids and your hubby & you.

I have a great Idea. You can gift him a car if you really loves your dad, if your budget is limited then you have an option like second hand car. There are so many websites where you can order online. Even I gifted a used car my parents on them 25th wedding anniversary.
