So I need to buy a retirement gift for my father in law...the thing is, he really doesn't "need" anything, and he's pretty simple, so would't want anything fancy. But it's a pretty big deal and we want to get something special. Ideas, thoughts would be great!

i am helping my mom plan a retirement party for my grandma. we were thinking of having it a luau theme but we need ideas of how to keep the guests entertained... and we are pretty sure its going to be "open house"... where people can come and go as they please... we are having it at our house in the backyard food is already taken care of...any ideas?
