Gift ideas for boys 7-9 years-old?

My family and I "adopted" and orphanage, in Tijuana, Mexico, for El Dia del Niño. We need ideas for what kind of gifts to buy five 7-9 year old boys. We want to get them something that is not electronic (because they won't always be able to buy batteries and stuff). If you could give me ideas of what boys 7-9 years-old like, that would be great. Thanks.

Any type of building blocks, any kind of popular action figures, simple games where they don't need to read the English, outdoor equipment like balls, puzzles, crafts. At that age, kids still like most things even if its not some fancy name brand...I would imagine especially so for orphans. Whatever you can afford will be appreciated.

I am an aunt to 3 great kids. There is an 11 year old girl, 3 year old boy, and a nearly 7 month old girl. This will be the baby's first Christmas. I want to get each of them something great that they will love. The kids really have everything, so I can't think of anything. The parents suggested just dvds or Claire's jewelry for the 11 year old, but I'm not sure.

Any ideas? Please keep in mind that I have limited time, and I am only 16 years old so I can't afford anything too expensive ($50 max for each gift). I also can't buy anything online (you can provide links, but it has to be something I can find in a store as well.)

7 month old- has all basic baby toys, hand-me-downs from siblings, etc. Can't think of anything at all.

3 year old- loves Spiderman, Spongebob, cartoon-movies. Likes cars, tools, etc.

11 year old- likes fashion, jewelry, anything girly.

11 year old girl: Get her some perfume from Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister...Not expensive and very prestigious for a girl her age.

3 year old boy: An Action figure or two should please him. Or a simple building craft project, since he likes tools. Check out the toy section at any store, they have fun boy things, great cars, swords, balls, or any action activity toy, since he sounds like he has a lot of energy.

7 month old girl: There are so many cute toys for babies. Soft blocks, balls, any type of sensory toy, or even a great book for bedtime. Toys r Us has a great selection, or Babies r Us, even Target or Walmart has some fun soft toys for babies.
