What is a cool gift for a 4 year old boy?

My nephew's b-day party is Sunday and I need a cool gift. I don't see him very often so I don't know what he's into, but great ideas would be awsome. Thank you.

My 4 year old is into Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins, and of course things like cars, trucks, trains, batman, superman, spiderman, or others super heros. Here lately he has gotten into things artististically as well. He really likes colring or drawing things too. Also, being summer it might be cool to give him outside water toys or some water guns if his parents won't flip out about it.
