Birthday card for great grandmother?

I am trying to find something the kids can make for their great grandma's 90th BD party...the kind where they tell you no gifts...and mean it.

I want to make a cute card or something (something she can enjoy and then dispose of if she wants)....like a poster board sized card with different pictures and sayings that the kids draw and decorate but I am at a loss as to what to do actually..I have the theory, but my design is lacking!

any ideas or cute poems or something?

Get a birthday card for a nine year old and change everything to say ninety. She could really get a kick out of it if you can find the right card. I hope she has the same sense of humor she has had all of her life. Tell her I said Happy Birthday and hope she has many more. Tell her to go to 116 and celebrate her sweet sixteen.
