1: Stay on property!!!!!!!! It might sound really expensive but the Value resorts can be cheaper than non-Disney resorts in the area and the perks are well worth it. We have gotten a Value Resort (music, pop, movies, all star) as low as $66 (2011) and last year for $73. Plus if you are flying in it can save a huge amount of money because you wont need a rental car since they will pick you up at the airport and take you back. They will also take you to and from all the parks, water parks and downtown disney which saves on parking ($14 a day). For a week a basic rental car can cost at least $300 so that is a big savings in your pocket. They also have Magic Hours which are times that only people staying at disney properties can ride. We once rode Space Mt 4 times in a row and never had to wait. It is really fun to do the Magic Hours at night at Magic Kingdom and close out the park. If you can afford a moderate or deluxe resort they are even nicer but the values are still very fun and include the perks. Also, if you are at the parks and find something to buy you can have them ship it back to your resort for free and od not have to worry about carrying it around. Can be a great way to sneek back birthday and christmas gifts.

2: If you can afford it go with the park hopper tickets. Without it you can only do one park per day and it gives you less options when it comes to rides and meals. For example Animal Kingdom closes around 5pm. We love to hit a park for the day then skip over to Epcot for dinner as they have so many wonderful options. If you cannot afford a park hopper just make sure that you look over which parks have magic hours which day so you can take advantage of them.

3: I would HIGHLY suggest you get the one snack one quick serve and one sit down meal plan. We have gone with and without it and we will never go without again. It just saves way too much money. For my husband and I we spent about $80 a day for the meal plan but would eat $80 to $150 a day in food. Without it we would not have been able to afford a nice sit down meal each day. For example we went to the Coral Reef one night and our bill was just over $90, not only did it cover the entire days worth of meals in one sitting but there is no way we would have been able to afford that for just one meal. The plans are also very flexible and you can use them in any order and for any person. For example if one of your kids does not want lunch but your husband wants breakfast the next day he can use that credit for his meal. Or if you and your husband do not enjoy snacks you can let your kids use the snacks. We also use up any leftover snack credits the last day to stock up for the trip home. You can also use a nice sit down for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Many of the character meals take a single sit down credit and I am sure your kids would love it... the characters visit the tables for autographs and photos. The big thing to remember are snacks, they are more or less anything in the parks under $8 (carrots and ranch, slice of pizza, hunk of fudge, milkshake, etc. They say that all the snacks are marked but they really are not... if you see something you want and its under $8 just ask if it counts. Also if yuo get the meal plan make reservations, it is free to book, change or cancel. Book at least 30 days before you go and remember you can always change your mind.

Have a great time and if you need dining or resort suggestions email me.

Go here: https://www.uddercovers.com/cart At the end, enter promo code "christmas" and get the cover for free & pay $11.95 shipping. I ordered mine there & have since ordered as gifts. The promo codes come out periodically & are emailed to you.

I know this is not a nursing cover - but I got this email from the same place I get the udder cover emails. This time they offer a free car seat cover (just pay shipping). Again, just enter promo code "Christmas". Shipping is $12.95 for cover or $13.95 for whole set.
https://www.carseatcanopy.com/cart Or you can get a "whole caboodle" set for $29.95.

Hope that helps someone. I really do like the size of the nursing covers. My kids seem to fight using a cover, but they were awesome too on the stroller to block the sun because you can tie them on & in a pinch they can be a bib as well - big, but they work. LOL

OMG Karen shut your trap for real. If it is a nursing related question - you ought to just skip it. You do not know crap about proper nursing advice & you feel free to spew about it. Nursing covers are nice because they have a wire form up top so momma can see the baby the whole time & not have the babies face actually draped in fabric where it rebreathes it's own carbon dioxide. A throw won't do that. Then the whole pull a boob out for everyone to see is not a movement. In fact - cover your breasts they are gross & sexual has been the only movement & it came in about 1940 or so & has grown ever since. If you knew what you were talking about (ever) you would KNOW that. My gram (90 yrs old) will gladly tell you how women unbuttoned blouses & sat with MEN & nursed openly when she was young. It is only today they WE are perves & think that it's weird. You can look through the Library of Congress photo archives & find LOTS of pics from the 40's & earlier of women openly nursing all over the place. We used to be grown ups about it & understand babies had needs. Then formula companies got a hold on health "professionals" like you & bought your opinion & paid you to disperse it through the populous. They also became the big "educators" about breastfeeding (ironic eh?) It IS all well documented what they did - there are even interoffice memos that have been revealed - THEY instituted separating babies from mommas & putting them in nurseries to discourage nursing, etc, etc. before that time babies AWLSY roomed with moms. That isnt' "new" that is returning to what we did BEFORE formula companies got the bright idea they could force feed their products to babies through the loving hands of nurses, often without mom's permission. They paid for those wings to be ADDED to hospitals to facilitate NURSES bottle feeding & promoting their products to moms. Read "The Politics of Breastfeeding" - it has a ton of citations to document these things are fact & shows a lot of what has really happened in our culture & the sad view we grew to have about nursing. THEN nursing became something you only did because you couldn't afford formula - so it was embarrassing to nurse & THAT is when public nursing became taboo & looked down on, not because eo boobs - because you were dirty & poor. You ought to be embarrassed to say what you do & then claim to be an RN. I hope you are a troll & real RN's aren't actually like that in 2011.
