Gift Ideas for a Friend turing 30?

I have a friend, a girl, who is turning 30 in a month. I am struggling to come up with something fun as a gift for her. Any ideas? I would like to keep the gift under $30. Thanks for your input!

How about a gift made from Swarovski crystals, such as jewelry or a crystal miniture? Swarovski is a well known name that is associated with elegance. But many of their items are not very expensive.

Our family is low on money right now so my mom said I can get a few items that are under $30 for Christmas. I don't know what to ask for and there's not much that I want, but I know if I don't ask for something my mom will buy me something random and waste money on something I don't like. I'm 13 years old, turning 14 in January, and Im a girl but I'm not very girly. I don't wear makeup.
