Someone on my cheer team is having a birthday & I don't know what to get her, she says she likes horses and dogs and drawing and stuff like that, so i was thinking of getting her a drawing book for horses and maybe some art supplies, but do you have any better ideas?

Mad-Libs are good for a creative person.
Pictionary is a cute game for 2 + people to play.
It's a game where you get a card and your partner in the game has to guess what she's drawing within 2 minutes. Whatever team guessed the most wins.
Maybe some clay is what you had in mind.
Look up in google a "Paint your own horse kit.'
Or a horse plush toy would work.

It really depends on their personalities.
I have a 13-year-old sister; she's really into growing up now. She wants to wear makeup and get clothes and carry purses and wear jewelry. Unless this 12 year old girl is still in the tomboy stage, I recommend something like that.
As for the 9 year old boy, you can't lose with video games. Does he have a video game console? if not, WalMart has this awesome game that's sort of like Guitar Hero, except you just hook it up to your television, no game console needed. I'm sure they have other games like this besides the Guitar one. If he has a game console, I would recommend going somewhere like Best Buy and asking what the best selling video games are right now.
