I have been dating this guy for 2 months and his birthday is comming up. He is a beer drinking͵ truck driving, mans man. He likes pocket knives but i know nothing about brands or quality. Is there a store in san diego that sells quality pocket knives and maybe even engrave them. Or some otger birthday gift ideas would be helpful. No online only stores please.

There are many different kinds of knives ..... pocket, honing, boning, hunting, etc.
There are many different sizes of knives as well. If he has a pocket knife right now then you should look at the knife and determine its size and type. Is it spring loaded?
