I'm looking for a gift for a friend of ours, we already threw the grooms bachelor party so we are thinking of something more sentimental. I really like to idea of a bottle of wine and a strict rules not to open it until they are celebrating their 5th or 10th anniversary. Unfortunately I don't think they either of them will drink wine. The only think I know they will drink is vodka, and that isn't the kind of alcohol that people age and gets better with time, kind of resembling their marriage...? What might be some other options that are good to sip on their own, that most people find enjoyable to drink? I'm also trying to veer away from champagne I have a feeling they would forget that it doesn't freeze well, and I can see them trying to freeze it. Wine might be okay, maybe as long as its not a red wine, I just don't know much about wines besides merlots. Which I could never see them drinking, ever.

Answer
You should go with a liquor that is aged -for example ::
Twelve year old scotch (ex:Glen Fiddich)
Ten year old vodka (ex: Starka)
Now obviously it's not going to age anymore in the bottle and that being said its also not going to go bad if it sits on a shelf unopened for ten years.. So it could also sort of be catchy to tell them don't open this ten year until ur tenth year or something like that you can probably think of something better but u get my point..

Or you can go with wine But remember most white wines are meant for early drinking with in about two years... Now obviously there are always exceptions ..but u should really go with a red if ur going to do an aged/ ageing wine

What are some masculine things to put into a pinata?

Ericka

My husband is planning a friend's bachelor party. The one request from the bride is that he have a pinata (. . . ) because he's never had one before. We fashioned a pinata to look like a Patron bottle, the groom's alcohol of choice, but past 50mL's and beef jerky, we're at loss as to what to put in it. Any brilliant ideas?
