I am preparing Christmas Shopping List and I am confused about this present.

My Husband's niece is 6 1/2 years old, I was thinking about hand puppets collection that I saw at the mall. She has good imaginations, do you think it is suitable for her?

Is there any other good ideas, thanks so much.

Teething toys or ask the parents what they need. Caring for a child is expensive, new clothes or diapers might make a better gift than some expensive toy the child may or may not even play with. How about a gift cert to Wal Mart or another store so they can get what they need?
