Cool housewarming gifts for a nice condo in Downtown San Diego?

Hey guys, my older brother is getting a really nice place in Downtown San Diego, Penthouse basically and I want to get him a housewarming gift for Christmas. My price range is about 300. So if you have any ideas on what I could get him as a house warming gift It'd be greatly appreciated.
I forgot to mention, he doesn't drink so anything alcohol related is useless.

One thing that I think would be kinda cool is to get a large picture of the city at night. Shop around, there are places that sell them. Most likely it would already be framed, but if not - get it matted and framed really nicely. Does he collect anything? You could add to his collection or get him a really nice shelving unit to display it. One other thing that you could throw in there is a really nice front door welcome mat. And if you know what kind of furniture he has, you could have a custom floral arrangement made that would go with his stuff. Guys usually never think of buying something like that, but it would really be a nice touch. Hope this helps.
