My nephew is turning 7 in a week,and hes just getting really into drawing and sketching and coloring.I want to get him something really cool to encourage his art.Hes really talented.what would be best to help build his talents?

The previous answers are good but I would buy him an easel too. They make some great ones for kids that have rolls of paper attached so he could paint something, pull it off, and start on the next masterpiece.

Cub Scout fundraising ideas?

My cub scouts are 7 years old and want to raise money to donate to the local police K9's. They are excited about buying a gift card from a pet store and giving it to the police. The police chief wants to be there to thank the boys, give them a tour of the police station, and then have the dogs do tricks for the boys. Any ideas you have that are easy for 7 year olds to do would be of great help.

I was girl scout a long time ago, so I am not sure if this is something you can still do, but we offered to weed our elderly neighbors' gardens and landscaping. We offered the service for $1.00 an hour. I am sure with today's economy you could ask for a little more.
They could offer chaperoned dog walking services and it fits in with what they are trying to buy the gift card for.
I don't if BSA would allow either these now, so bear with me :-)
