best return gift ideas for kids image

I have no idea what to get her. She is in her mid to late 30's and has 2 kids. Even though she is a trainer, she's not a "health nut." I know that she has a lot of music so I was thinking maybe an itunes gift card. I was also thinking maybe a gift card to the movies or to a restaurant. She made me a goody bag with food that she had made like chocolate covered pretzels and things like that. Please help! Ideas can be creative or just a gift card idea.

- Possibly get her something related to the sport she's training you for if she's training you for a sport because she has a passion for it if she decided to become a personal trainer for it

Want ideas for goody bags for 9 year old birthday party?

My son is turning 9 in a week, can you please suggest ideas for goody bags /return gifts for his birthday party? Thanks a ton

Skip the cheap junkily funkily crap like bounce balls and stickers. That kind of stuff just gets thrown out and forgotten. If he has a theme to his party I'd pick something that goes with the theme he's doing.
Examples:
Baseball party: a plain colored ball cap (craft stores) and a rubber baseball.
Movie party: get some popcorn bags (Bed bath beyond or craft stores) and microwave popcorn. Put a popcorn in each bag and a thank you printed up to look like a ticket to give each guest as a treat.
Things like that they can actually enjoy keeping or doing after the party. The cheap junk fillers just create clutter (which moms hate) and that get lost or forgotten about five minutes later by the kids. Even when I do swag bags for my son's parties (and he will be 3) I like it to be something that the guest can either use or enjoy without it being dollar store junk that gets broken or forgotten about before they get home. It doesn't have to be expensive but abour $5 per guest for a decent goody bag is average.
