My coworker is getting married, she is in her late twenties, in school and likes makeup. I don't know much about her fiancee, what should I get her for an engagement gift? Any ideas?

Skip the engagement gift, and get her a wedding gift closer to the wedding date. Engagements gifts are not required and it is not a gift giving occasion. If you really want to do something nice for her, find out her favorite restaurant and get her a gift card so she can go out with her fiancee.
