How much do you spend on your friends for the holidays?

So I have some friends (best friends, "just" friends, etc) and I have to get them all something because otherwise I'd feel bad and it'll be awkward since a lot of them are mutual friends.
So how much do you spend on each of your friends? Or in total?
And could you give me some gift ideas?

im a teen and i had lots of my friends (both boys and girls) asking me for the wooden jesus branclets. they are cheap, really popular and they make a great gift for teenagers. x -hope this helped btw-

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a month and I have absolutely no idea what to get him for Christmas. I don't want to get something too expensive, but I don't want to be cheap. He's really into baseball and especially the Mets. With Christmas in less than a week I need some ideas quick. Any ideas?
