He's 21. Married 2 years. Has just about everything he could ever want, but I would like to find something unique for him - something that show's how much I care. Any ideas?

You say he has everything. What does he especially like to do? Or what about giving him gifts that aren't material--what can you do?
* Plan a romantic evening dining at home, write writing several short love letters on beautiful handmade paper, decorate with a picture of a heart-shaped garnet (probably can find on the Internet), and deliver each letter separately with each course (use romantic china dessert plates). The last could be love coupons (give a massage, etc.). Or find an unusual china box (antique/collectible stores) and fill with love notes and coupons and give him before you serve dessert.
