What are some cute homemade gift ideas to make my girlfriend?

Q. My girlfriend and I have been dating for about four years. We are now out of high school and she decided to enlist in the military. She leaves for the marine corps boot camp on August 23rd, and she will be gone for 90 days. After boot camp, she comes home for ten days before leaving for a second boot camp. We live together, and spend almost every second together, so it is going to be a very hard transition from that to only speaking through letters. As hard as it is, I am trying to support her as much as I can. I want to make her ten days at home very special, and I want to give her one present every day for the ten days she is home. I don't have a lot of money, so I want to make her as many presents as I can. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. (: thank you.

LADIES.... Christmas Gift Idea's For New Girlfriend?

So my girlfriend and I started dating October 29 and her birthday was November 5th. We honestly met like two weeks for dating but when we met we snapped together, we are really similar and it feels like we have known each other for a LONG time. Well. Reality is, we barely know each other, new relationship. I don't know what would be appropriate to get her for Christmas. I didn't get her a Birthday gift (I know I am an effing D-Bag) because I don't know what is considered "Too Much" Ladies, any suggestions? She doesn't have a lot of money and I know she has always wanted an itouch but I don't wanna come off like I am a effin sugar daddy because I am not, I like to see people happy and help people and if that's what will make her happy than I am happy to do it :) And don't say any stupid shit either like "Give her Dick In mouth" cuz she be gettin' it anyways. Ladies, what would you suggest a good beginning relationship gift is? Oh yea, and if anyone wanna say other stupid shit like "Oh you childish" or "your acting like a 9 year old" then understand this. Is this a lame gift idea for my girlfriend?

My girlfriend and I have been together for over five years. I have given her many pieces of jewelry as well as other common and not so common gift ideas. We have been doing it long distance for the last 1.5 years which kind of plays into the theme of the gift I was thinking of giving her for xmas this year. The gift is a personalized throw pillow on one side it is a cute picture of both of my dogs on my family's boat with their tiny dog life preservers on. On the back it is a good picture of us both on a trip Cancun this Summer, in text underneath it says "Cancun, 2012" and centered underneath that "I love you". The pillow is a light pink color that fits in with the color of her bed. I was thinking this would be nice since we do not currently live together as it has pictures of both us together and my dogs that she loves. I am worried however that this is a lame gift... I am also planning on getting her some chocolates or something along those lines and obviously a card.

What do you think, lame idea or a nice idea?

For the dad, do you know what he likes? I think it's always good to go for more practical gifts for men. If he like cigars, you can buy him a nice box of cigars. If he like coffee, get him some good coffee beans. If you really don't know what he likes, you can get him a nice pen. My dad likes pens from Cross. They are not too expensive, but they are good pens.
