Does anyone have gift ideas for hard to shop for grandmothers?

I'm a gown woman, driving to visit my grandma in a few days. She is in her 90's and lives in a retirement home. I would like to bring a present for her, but can't think of the right gift. I want to get something that she will really enjoy. Does anyone have suggestions?

My grandmother is hard to shop for to, but shes like half the age. here are some ideas:

make something? even though u r grown,make her a nice smelling candle or candies, something that comes from the heart.

my great grandfather ( still lots less) really enjoys getting dried fruits, and other foods like that.

when you go to visit her, look around and see what she needs.

but the best present you gan give her, is by visiting :O) enjoy

my father has decided to retire from his job as a lawyer after nearly 40 years. Me, my wife, and my sister and her husband all want to buy a nice gift together and we are unsure of what to get him. Price/money doesn't matter, we just want him to love it. Any ideas?
