Where can I buy purple bedding on-line?

Q. I am redecorating our bedroom in purple and need some nice purple bedding to go with it (dark purple, not lilac). Everywhere I have seen on the internet so far just has really plain or boring items. Does anyone have any ideas?

A. Ok... I'll give it a shot and try to help you out...

This isn't plain and boring but very classy:

guys,do u know about a country named Bangladesh?Please tell me about it,what u know.?
Q. One of my friend want to visit a place called Sundarban in Bangladesh. But he has no idea about this country.Thats why i asked u guys if u know anything about Bangladesh.

A. I have answered a similar question a while ago by another Asker. Let me edit and post it here too:

The first thing you will encounter on-arrival in Dhaka by Air is that the Airport Immigration and Customs checking takes longer time than what you would encounter anywhere else. Chances are that you would be approached for bribe money by corrupt officials who would try to find fault with your travel document or accompanied baggage. These leeches awaits any non-suspecting passenger/tourist and try to fleece them by harassment. Don't budge to any threat and don't pay any bribe. There are complain booth or officials whom you can contact if anyone tries to be funny.

The second thing that would bother you is the taxi-service and the people who would try to 'snatch' your luggage to board their rickety taxis. The best thing is to ask the Hotel to send the transport, if it's not already part of the hotel-booking which are complimentary for the 3 and 5 Star hotels to ferry their guest to-and-fro airport to hotel.

The third thing will be series of less-fortunate people (beggars) who will ask for alms right the time you exit the airport terminal. Best thing is not to pay by yourself, rather ask anyone local host receiving you to manage the payment, if you really feel sorry at their plight.

The fourth thing you will encounter is traffic congestion (road-jam) when you exit airport and enter the main road. Right now we have summer here and the heat is unbearable. Ask for transport having air-cooler running in good condition. If you are received by hotel transport then you will get a complimentary gift on-arrival at airport and their transports are well maintained with a/c.

The fifth thing that you will face is people taking too much interest in you to the point of annoyance. This is more true if you are a Caucasian whom our people considers as wealthy and gentle who would talk nice and probably make friends too. Don't be surprised if you find that the social norms here is different if you are not one of us already by immersion into our culture.

Since our people are not properly d\educated about manners, take the liberty to politely and in smiling face let your feeling known if you encounter obnoxious manner or deal. You can teach basics of manner and etiquette to your close kith and kin, if you like. In most of the cases the receiver will thank you for showing them good things (manner) which they were not taught or asked in family setting since most of the people are so underprivileged here that they hardly have time and money to spend on improving such niceties. Moreover, no one in BD feels its our obligation to teach our citizen manner, the way Singaporean leadership did since early 1960s and in recent times China is trying.

These are the things you may encounter in BD. But otherwise you would find our people as simple and content with whatever they have. However, try to be with hubby or relatives while travelling to places or going for shopping. Don't eat and drink foods from roadside restaurants for health and hygiene reason.

Sundarban in Bangladesh is famous for Royal Bengal Tigers and fauna and flora those are now preserved from getting destroyed. You will find river cruise in Steamer or Launches for sight seeing. The arrangements are not as good as you would find in Indian side of Sunderbans because we had cyclonic storm destroying part of the Sunderbans in our side of the divide. However, the tour would be unique, as I heard from the travelers but yet to go there and see the beauty by myself.

Don't forget to visit Sylhet and Cox's Bazar. You can have Rangamati, Bandarban and Khagrachhari if you would like to see the tribal lifestyle and beauty of hills and rivers flowing

Hope above helps.

a performance?
Q. i have to perform in this 'opening ceremony' thing in taiwan to kind of introduce myself. but the place doesn't have a piano, so i have no idea what to do. i was thinking of just saying some jokes, but i suck at jokes. these other people are doing singing, chinese yoyo, guitar, etc etc.

but i can't do any of those things.

please help me think of something to do!! :\

ps.
this is for kids. and they don't understand that much english.

A. Start by telling everyone how honored you are to be there. Tell them that since you know very little about their culture yet, you will share with them a little bit of your culture. Give them a short, informal lecture about what you would normally do in situations like the ones you have been in for the last few days, and then tell them how much you are looking forward to learning all bout how they would normally act in similar situations. It would be perfect if you could think of a couple of situations that would be normal to you and me, but amusing to them. This would not be in the line of a joke, but more appropriately a clever observation. If you have traveled a bit, you might even include a reaction you had when being visited by an honored guest who surprised you a bit by an iconoclastic reaction to a situation that would otherwise be thought of as mundane. Cultural anomalies are frequently thought of as entertaining and make great ice breakers.

Alternatively, you could politely ask for a digital piano to be placed on the stage. Most convention centers and major hotels have access to them. You could also make a big show of playing the "silent piano" for them! Bring one of those roll up pianos and put it on the cardboard. Then when you went to play the "silent piano" it would make a sound. You could then act all confused and agitated when every time you played the "silent piano" it would not only play real music for you, but often the wrong note! Kids absolutely love it when things go terribly wrong, especially if it still sounds good.

You could also play a recording of you playing the piano and pantomime it for them. Of course, you would get all wound up and get overly excited until you fell out of your chair. Then you would begin again after showing the proper amount of embarrassment, only to get all wrapped up in the music again and fall out of your chair. At the end someone would have to ask you if it isn't much more dignified when you play a real piano, to which you would respond. "Oh, NO! this is the first time I have not completely broken the chair!" (or, Oh no, usually it goes much worse) after which you give a coy little smile, a small curtsy, and skip back to your seat!

You could also do a hand dance and even teach it to them. A hand dance, combined with facial expressions, also breaks the ice and shows you to be a flexible and agreeable individual. Check with your hosts and make sure that none of your expressions has an alternate meaning in their culture.

You could also share with them "all the words you know!" Start with "my name is ____," and then, "Very nice to meet you. " "How do I get to the Dinosaur?" "Why is my nose traveling around to the back of my head?" (or something similar, but very silly" "Oh, I am sorry. Is that wrong? I was taught that phrase by a very playful Uncle and I wanted to try it out on you before I used it in front of the grownups." Tank you very much for correcting me. How about "Could you please show me to the garden? I need to do my laundry in the bird's nest!" (again, feel free to substitute something much funnier) Oh, is that wrong too? Such a silly Uncle. I think I will bring him a bag of kitty litter home as a gift. I will tell him that I asked for it just as he told me to!

Just a few silly ideas. Even if they are of no use to you, they may remind you of something else you can do. Best of luck and please let us know how it turns out.

Is there any psychics I may email or talk too?
Q. Need a bit of help or guidance. I dabbled with and ouija board and web I use it now all it spells out is "darkness ness ness" or just darkness. I also had an conversation with my dead friend apparently who said he is my guardian and I was a light worker and have a gift. I have no idea my email is huckm88@yahoo.com

A. I'm sorry this site was so unhelpful, may I suggest posting the question on a more esoteric based site. I've noticed a lot of narrow minds here, I don't think you'll get far =\
