I'm having a sweet 16 sleepover with like 4/5 of my closest friends. You know how people usually give little goodie bags at sleepovers and stuff?? I wanna give everyone something small and cute as like a reminder or a little "thanks for coming" gift. Any ideas?? It's all girls, my age.

cosmetic Kit!! Always fun, I had a sleepover for my birthday I gave out cute little cosmetic boxes you can get at target with make-up. I gave bathrobes and soaps and lotions from bath n body. Something fun and cute!

Find a small gift, like a necklace or bracelet. Then get one of those cans where something pops out. Put the present at the bottom. This is a really small prank/gift idea. You probably won't like it, but I did that for my BFF's 13th birthday.

We're having a baby shower for our co-worker, who will be returning from maternity leave in a couple of weeks. She had a little girl. What are some good gift ideas for the shower?

A couple of coworkers (perhaps the guys) could pool their money and get her a custom diaper cake....made with larger diapers for her older baby. See if you can find out what the diaper brand she is using is, that way your diaper cake company can make it out of those diapers, specifically.

The best part about a diaper cake is that it can also serve as part of the shower decor. Have it match the nursery theme she has going on. She'll love it as this is a very creative and throughtful gift!
