What should I get my sister for her 21st birthday?

Q. I want to get her something really great because she goes out of her way to make everyone elses birthday special. But I only have $40. Btw I'm 16. I asked this question before and got some not so great ideas for gifts. So plz nothing to do with alcohol. I want to give her something she'd be able to keep forever and really like
Any ideas :)

A. A Long Island Iced Tea. Oh well, give her the $40 and tell her to have a good time.
